DISCOVERY CONTINUES TO DISAPPOINT

After a very lengthy fight with Discovery, they agreed to make payment of my wife's gynecology visits for her miscarriage.

By then, we had already settled the doctors accounts as they had been outstanding for quite some time. We informed Discovery of this wherein they requested proof of the payments. This was sent 3 weeks ago and we still haven't received payment from them.

Our emails are now being ignored and should we not receive payment by close of business tomorrow I fear I will have no other option but to lodge a further complaint with the health ombudsman.
