Discovery Consultant of the year - Rynel Govender

Good day, I felt the need to commend Rynel Govender of Discovery Health for this outstanding service he had provided me. He is character is such that his kindness, patients and understanding makes him stand out from any customer service experience I had ever received before in any sector. Since logging in my claim on the 12 of April 2016 he has been consistently giving me feedback of the approval status of my claim without me even contacting him. I had no issue with understanding anything Rynel Govender had explained to me as he is extremely knowledgeable in his scope of work. His kindness is quite rare comparing to other customer services who just want to brush you off. Rynel Govender is a profound example of want true professional customer services should be and a lot of people can take a huge learning from him. My specific issue was addressed and resolved quickly and efficiently and I definitely felt I was treated like a valued member/client which would made me so happy chap.
