Discovery Complete ******* !!!!!!

You guys are a complete ******* , we pay so much and then when requests from hospitals are sent you they get rejected because we were not admitted ??? Whats the point of us paying so much the only reason we have medical aid is so we do not have to worry about costs when we fall ill. And due to your rejections we clients get inundated with calls saying we owe money. I am not impressed sort out your services seriously I will be taking this higher
