Discovery complaint

Pathetic service! Horrible! Trying to cancel my medical and they refuse to do so saying I'm not allowed to because of my employment yet I am no longer employed then I ask to log a complaint and get ignored 2 times the service is ********** and discovery avoids assisting customers and complaints

Also the lady I dealt with via email has been ignoring all my requests to log a complaint.

I am moving over to discovery medical aid on the 1st of May onto someones plan as a dependent so I asked to cancel my existing one yet no one is competent enough to do so now I don't know if I'm on the new medical aid and if my old one is cancelled absolutely ********** service
