Discovery Coasting took my savings for copayment that was waiverd by hospiat;

My son Dewald Viljoen was in hospital for a G scope Patient no *** in Netcare the Bay hospital. The co-payment was waivered by the hospital manager 10 February 2020 yet Discovery took my savings for the amount of R4232. Dewald Viljoen was in hospital 4 Febuary.2020.

After numerous calls wasting my airtime I want to find out why is my savings of R4232 was taken as a copayment was waivers by the hospital manager of The Bay hospital waiver for the amount of R4232.

Let me know how we can resolve this issue.
