Discovery Coastal Saver

I am very dissapointed. I went to hospital for a day procedure. They used our savings to pay the anethetist. Was it not supposed to come off hospital plan? Dont understand how that works. And the only half account was paid so we need to pay another R1600 out of our pockets.
