Discovery co payments

I am very discussed with Discovery medical aid I pay over the R6000 a month now for longer than 5 years. And when I need to use my medical aid for surgery they have co payments of R9100 for one night stay in hospital because they don't classify the surgery as a overnight stay in the hospital but as per the Dr this is required discovery just says that I need to go to a day hospital and that's that and now I have to pay again. This is unacceptable and I am seriously thinking of moving to another medical aid due to Discovery's with their cluelessness.
