Discovery co - payment

I wrote a review about a co-payment matter where I Discovery Health has app**** a co-payment in excess of the actual cost of the procedure. I received a response from Discovery on Hello Peter that they responded via email. To date I haven't received the response they allege to have sent to me via email.
