Discovery Clueless on PmB

Once again Discovery refuses to put my daughters ongoing treatment under pmb for payment from major medical portion as she has to go to the occupational the****** 2 times a week due to brain injury at birth which is a pmb condition. Doctor even did a motivational letter but discovery says its not pmb. You guys dont even know the meaning of a pmb. My daughter urgently needs this therapy 2 times a week to prevent *******ity. Please approve under major medical or any other benefit other than savings which is almost depleted. Member number ***
