Discovery Clown Association

I have been a member at discovery for more than 4 years and in October 2018 I lost my job putting me in the position that I had to ask my wife to take over the policy with discovery so that we could at least keep my two kids my wife and my self on medical. My wife then fill in all the paper work for downgrading the play so that we could afford it and with sending all proof that I was unemployed discovery never acted on the email that was sent to them by my wife and so discovery just downgraded my plan and base on my previous salary my premium shot up from R4800 To R6800 for a lower plan and was still on my name witch cost me to do a reversal on the debit order in order for us to get through the month. In January my wife contacted them and they still did not do anything about it witch caused my wife loosing her cool and then with always give long bull **** story's as it seem that they do not know *** they are doing within 10min the policy was finally on my wife's name. It was told to her that the premium would be R2800 on keycare + and late January it shot up to R4200 for what reason we do not know. With not paying in January they where going to deduct Almost R9000. Discovery is a bunch of ****** and I will never in my life use them for medical aid again as they are always trying to rub products of on you trying to ***** you over. It is now February and they are still sending me email telling me that my policy has been stopped but they policy as been moved to my wife's name and she has already canceled in January. Bunch of clowns.
