Discovery Classic Delta Saver basically a hospital plan does not even cover the basics for R6000 per month

I am on the classic Delta Saver Plan, I took my 1 year old daughter for a GP visit after having extreme fever during the night only to receive a bill for the full amount and reason is my savings is depleted. Now I want to ask am I paying close to R6000 a month for 3 people on a hospital plan?? Because you cannot call it a medical aid if it does not even cover basic medical activities like going to see a GP how can the discovery Classic delta saver plan not even cover the most basic thing needed from a medical aid, as in seeing a GP for an infection... This is useless....
