Discovery claims to have a 24/7 service, yet over weekends and after hours, this is not the case. You have to contact them within business hours. With roughly 2,810, 992 employees in the country. One would think there SHOULD ALWAYS BE SOMEONE WHO CAN ASSIST AVAILABLE!
