Discovery claims process is UNBEARABLE!!’

I have been incredibly frustrated by Discovery’s claims process. I have sent numerous emails and scanned my documents only to receive countless automated messages stating that my documents are not legible which is untrue given that all of the information is clearly layed out. And after seeking help by calling, either the calls get dropped numerous times or I am told to go from place to place. I pay so much money monthly, and can’t effectively use my medical aid because I have to go through lengthy claims process. I need answers.
