Discovery claims is the worst

I have been submitting the same invoice the same way since I have worked with the provider and discovery would pay me directly as I settle with her cash

Please advise why this time she was paid directly

There was a delay in payment as well as I had long submitted this claim.

I didn't even get any email showing there's an issue yet now Im prejudiced

I'm highly disappointed in your service

What's worse the agent answering the call just defends them without even checking
