Discovery claims administrators are beyond ***********!

I'm honestly at the end of my wits with Discovery! Sent a claim on 20-Feb for GP visits which were paid in cash (attached all the necessary proof of payment, doctor statement, etc.). These idiots then proceed to pay the healthcare provider! Called in, query logged, claim re-processed... and they still pay the doctor! I've been speaking to various call center agents all week long trying to get this resolved to make sure the payment comes to me, and yet, more than a week after the claim was submitted, I'm still waiting for payment. No one even provides feedback! I've got like 4 or 5 different reference numbers already I'm not even sure what to give them when I call. I'm seriously starting to lose faith in this medical scheme!
