Discovery Claim not paid now handend over : (

Worst experience with discovery medical insurance, after they moved over from primary care to flexi care, all my claims i had to pay additional amounts to the practitioners, even though my visit where authorized and covered by the plan. the last claim was sent to finance for processing and was never paid, and now i am being headed over to att for the collection of funds which they promised to pay after matter was escallated twice. my wife is pregnant and we have been able to benefit anything from the scheme. i regret doing the visits from the blood tests, dentist and gynecologist which we had to pay cash but were part of the benefits.
