Discovery claim feel through the cracks, disappeared, no payment

I submitted a claim and didn't receive any kind of payment or response for a week (it's supposed to take 2-3 days). I submitted the claim again -- still nothing. I called the chronic care call centre, they said they don't know what has happened but they will reprocess the claim and I'll hear the result within 2-3 days. Chronic care has now sent me an email saying the claim was reprocessed and the amount has been paid -- but it hasn't! I know they have my correct banking details because I always get claims paid there.
