Discovery Cheating and *****ing

In May 2021 I have cancelled my Medical Aid with Discovery, it is now October 2022. In May 2021 I fully paid my outstanding money with Discovery Health, Discovery now claims that I owe them over 13K, How is this possible, and how ***** can a company be o trying to ***** or rob a person of something that does not exist anymore
