Discovery charged 2023 and 2024 rates on the same day

I downgraded my Discovery medical aid from classic saver to essential saver, but my premium that was charged yesterday is the 2023 rates. My wife's medical aid premium also goes off my account and her premium was charged at the increased 2024 rates. They should either both be charged at 2023 rates, in which case I was over charged for my wife's premium. Or they should both be charged at 2024 rates, in which case I was over charged for my premium. Our premium increases have always been done at the same time.
