Discovery causing me legal problems

Went to Sunninghill clinic for procedures in Nov 15. First Discovery are paying then they not paying then I fight it and eventually they agree to pay. Then they don't pay the correct amounts on 2 different accounts. They over pay the one account and under pay the other account. Ive spoken to managers I rep**** to a service rating email from the supposed head of service to which i received a call from his office on the 5th March from a lady named Allowea. She promised to help me and to date nothing. I now have Sunninghill clinic and X-Rays about to sue me for money which discovery were meant to pay. We pay so much money every month to Discovery and to be treated like this is beyond unacceptable!!
