Emotionally abuse I lapsed my plan in March 24, unto knowing I had outstanding claims for March stay in clinic R810000.00. I was told if I reinstate my plan, Discovery will honour all my claims, I settled all outstanding membership in April 24. I received latetly last week an email from Byron Lynch, advising R31000.00 owed to scheme.. Dear Mr Berowsky

The amount due to the Scheme is due to the withdrawal with eight months remaining of the year.

If the Medical Savings Account is depleted, we add up the allocation for each member which gives us the total of R31 083.15.

I received several emails from your kznescalations department confirming all outstanding claims will be settled, I am receiving direct accounts from doctors ect.. Please could you urgently give attention to these outstanding bills, I am living long term with Hiv and depression/ insomnia. I was suicidal in November, due to addiction issues, recovering now much better.. This has now been going on for more than three months, and unnecessary anxiety caused.. Please urgently contact me
