Discovery cash / miles back is a sham

Where do I start?

Discovery's miles/cash back (Discovery HealthyFood and Discovery HealthyCare) does not function correctly at all. I have spent almost a month now "working" with the cash back team to try and get back missing miles/cash for the period August 2022 to December 2022. They keep on passing the buck. Their latest claim is that I should enquire with Woolworths and Clicks for a list of transactions for in store transactions... which neither entity stores.
