Discovery cares for our pay cheque only.

Sick from the 21/07/2020. Discovery Health promise a lot but come time to assist you that tell you "please read inbetween the lines. We take your money but really we give a **** about you." I'm not even worth a call but get sent generated mails. Sis on this company. I'm disgraced that this company is proudly south African and rob us and feel depression is a joke. Depression is no joke. It's hell. You never know when its coming or how to pick yourself up. This is no joke and it's worse when you have companies like discovery that treat us like crazies. I'm a human *******, I am a mother of two girls and I work cause I need to pay ******* like you who make empty promises and show no respect to me. There was this very rude woman that called and on a call recording she thought the line dropped but she was saying to the people around here I'm not right and she called a few times after and after I asked for an email on why I'm not covered which I think she could not do as she just goes to work to laugh at members and send us generated correspondence as we pat but not worth her time as all she wants is her pay cheque like the rest including Martin who kept sending me chronic lists just to say he worked but no sorted. You keep my depression meds cause I can see your company being seen as no use to us as other great companies are introducing better plans. Desperate for money company. Do you know how degrading it is for your children to see you depressed and crying because you list even apart of your breast but no trauma counselling like you say on your website. No wonder why when we go to Dr they tell us to move away from discovery as your'll use us to fund other products and experiment which is of no use to us.
