Discovery Cares about Money Only
My membership is active from 1 May 2021 and I tested positive of covid on 29 May 2021. On the 4tha of May I had covid complications and discovery refused to cover that. No one plans to have covid this is not a pre existing condition for them to deny me health assistance. They cared less that I'm breathless and was complicating. This is so unfair. My blood will be on your hands discovery I tell you. how cruel can one be? If it was a pre exciting condition that is excluded I would understand.

They are basically telling me I can take my business elsewhere.
The original membership certificate didn't have exclusions only for one member they are argument is that when I signed the acceptance letter I didn't disclose about covid. But the very letter said I can attach separate information if anything changed so I sopke to someone and they advised me to send through my results I never hid anything from them.
The are now imposing waiting period and they want me to sign the new agreement or go to hell.
Can they do this
Is this legal?
I have a good mind of reversing payments that I already made and look elsewhere.
Any advice?
