Discovery Care do not care for the Elderly

I have been going to Dr, Van Lierdie for many years to have my left ear cleaned out as when a child had my eardrum removed. and have to get it cleaned twice a year. I now hear he has opted out of Discovery Key Care Plus patients so what do I do and where do I go? When I write to Discovery they tell me to go on the Website and as I am 70 years of age and not very clued up on this technology. Do they not care about the elderly some who have not even got computers or printers. Is this an easy way out for them to do less work. Am very depressed about this especially the fact we get R5700 for a Pension and they take R4500 which increases every year. How on earth are we supposed to survive?
