Discovery Cards - Only delivery method is via POST... and the postal system is a wreck

I am trying to get my elderly parents' Discovery cards but we cannot get them because Discovery will only post them. We are on a farm in the middle of nowhere - we do not get post here. We had a PO Box but the post office closed, like half the post offices in South Africa. The only other option is a digital card but my parents are elderly and will not be able to manage that. I requested the cards be couriered but this is not an option. How are we in 2026 in South Africa with a FAILED postal system yet this is the only delivery method.
