Discovery card_Slowest delivery ever!!

My membership was activated on 01 December 2018 at Discovery health, great stuff. They told me it will take 5-7 working days to deliver the membership card to my address. This year on 16 January I called again to follow up on the delivery and guess what? "Your card will be delivered in 5-7 working days sir". As a patient man I accepted that and waited. Today 07 February I call them again and I guess I have to wait for another 5-7 days again :(

Such unprofessional-ism though just to get a very small card delivered to an address. Come on man!!!!
