Discovery can't refund you after they cancelled your medical aid

Was kick off medical aid, for non disclosure. Quick to take money and even after they cancelled try to take a premium. Was promised by how many unqualified service consultants my money back, but here we are, no money back and still no definitely answers. Now I must wait another 10th 14 days for what? I already waited this time. Why wait again if people on your side can't allocate money and your paperwork and systems ducks? Discovery sucks.
