Discovery Cancels Membership - Without Life Critical Support - No Notice

Terrible Process -

I logged an issue with Discovery in October 2017, the issue is related to how Discovery cancelled my membership without informing me.

Their process is flawed and really terrible at resolving this.

The issue was submitted to the Ombudsman who was also not able to get anything out of them.
