Discovery - Can not afford the medicine I need for my medical condition.

I am on the Classic Saver scheme with Discovery.

I saw my doctor in connection with my lung conditions (38 years service underground in the mine). My lungs are without doubt infected and I have a cronical distresss on my breast and a continiuos cough and are always short of breath such that I sleep very little most of the nights. My condition is identified as COPD.

My Doctor subscribed tablets which are to expensive for me to affort. Discovery then suggested that the doctor, instead of chronical, must fill the PMB form to claim. We looked at it together and my monthly contribution is still unaffordable to me (to high).

I am lost and don't know how to go along from here, plese suggest. I can not go without medicine for my conditions. I am on pension and my income is limited.
