Discovery calls not going through - Web registration

Unable to register on the website as my e-mail I submitted to Discovery does not work. I have been calling ***to be help with registration. the Call disconnect when am taken to web registration option. When I got transferred through other channels the call is not answered. I urgently need this for my mother, please help!!!!

No feedback - I tried to call again, the same thing happened. I got disconnected as I was transferred to be assisted by someone. Can somebody call me to assist me? Discovery is a big company getting a service like this is pathetic to say the list :(
