Discovery Calls Always cut off and they never return calls

I have been trying to get through to the medical aid section for the past week now but every time the voice prompt says hold for the next available consultant than my calls get cut off. I used the chat facility to request a call back twice and on both occasions was told that someone will call me back but they never do. I call the vitality section and got through without hassles. I asked the lady to transfer me to the medical aid side and she did and again my call got cut off
