Discovery call centre incompetence forced me to take my own life - this is my suicide note

A few days ago I realised that for months discovery had been supplying me with almost expired medicine. I called the call centre and wanted to change my order to give me more of the insulin that was expired. The agent said I didn't need to because he would get the pharmacy to replace the almost expired medicine. I had to take pictures etc. and today I was callled back to say they wouldn't replace the medicine. So now I have no medicine and as they wouldn't change my order I won't be able to get any more before I run out. Every error discovery makes, takes me 5 hours to sort out on the phone. I have lost the energy to sort this out. I blame Abes Pillay and the manager who never called me back. May the weight of my unjust death weigh heavily on your souls.....

Reviewer Update

Called again to try to change my order to the pharmacy. The agent wouldn't help, or even listen to my complaint and hung up on me! I guess the decision to take my life was the correct one...even though I gave discovery one last chance...their lack of respect for their own members leaves me breathless....
