Discovery call center a nightmare!

<p>I have heard so many negative comments about Discovery Medica Aid but still chose to find the silver linning in them until this morning!I've been calling the call centre numerous times to get a simple letter my doctor requested. They put me through from consultant to consultant with the famouse phrase, " they put you through to the wrong department, please hold" and this everytime after I explained the full story. I am wasting my airtime and I am not being assisted!</p>
