Discovery bunch of *********** people

Worst experience ever, my son was born and passed away 3 days later, I had loaded him on the medical aid the day he was born. I am still going around in circles trying to get an authorization so his claims will be paid. They removed him off the medical aid with effect the day he was born so they dont have to pay claims until I picked that up and made them sort it out. Secondly the agents love to lie I asked them about the auth they said they will call the hospital to find out about the claims, which is a lie once they reply to your email they forget about you. If it wasnt for my company I would never join Discovery they are useless. Having to deal with the loss of your child and then deal with a company run by idiots
