Discovery billing is a night mare my child life was in danger based on below standards billing team

Disappointed with discovery my medical aid suspended based on the error of payment allocation, my bill was R 4300 for the month of January and it was paid in full , my daughter was at the emergency they couldn’t admit her , my daughter life was put in danger based on problems with below standard people working in finance
