Discovery big schemers taking advantage of senior citizens

After continuous calls and updating of documents for an ex member's refund discovery wants us to update the debit order details to give consent to debit for a membership that is cancelled in order to receive a refund. This does not make sense two consultants did not get back to me telephonically reference*** and are just sending details to update details???? Please be careful of discovery they over debit, have major issues paying back money they took *******ly from a senior citizens account and now want the debit order details updated for a refund on a cancelled membership. Discovery on its way to becoming schemers.
