Discovery- Best Medical Aid with the worst service

I downgraded my medical, and requested for the MA savings to be paid out. Provided motivation, which was accepted, and I was given confirmation of 3-5days waiting time for payout. Its been 3 weeks and I get the same excuse everyday, that tomorrow it will be paid.
