DISCOVERY BECOMING THE WORST

I am 4 month pregnant and am with Discovery medical aid which is turning out to be the worst ever. I went for a blood test, I called in to confirm I am covered which they confirmed but now they refuse to pay me back my money saying I am not covered, they first say they will pay me then come back and say no I have to pay the I get an email stating I owe them the money yet they did not even pay the lab they did the same thing with my Urine test, I called in confirmed I'm covered but now the lab is asking me to the money.

I have already registered for my benefits and have already started using them, I went to a doctor yesterday and then they doctors office checked online regarding my benefits it stated that I have no benefits left, So I have called them myself and they have conform my benefits yet they tell the doctors office I am not even registered yet , Discovery is becoming one of teh worst medical aids ever

I have tried emailing them and am getting no answers
