DISCOVERY BEATING AROUNG THE BUSH PAYING OUT MY MSA REFUND

On 6 April 2018 my Discovery Health membership was cancelled. Discovery Consultant confirmed my MSA Savings is R8700.00 owed to me, but I have to wait 3 months to receive it. In last week of July I inquired by I haven't yet received the funds, I had to fill out a change of banking details form and sent it to Discovery. I have sent many emails to Discovery and do not get any joy. On 3 September I sent an email stating that the refund they made into the my previous employer's account was incorrectly done so and that they need to pay me directly. Discovery keep on sending me the same email over and over stating that the refund was made to my previous employer's bank account. For the tax year my contributions to Discovery was R31,316.00 and yet they just don't care paying my MSA contribution back. The fact that they refunded it into my previous employers bank account which has been frozen is not my problem. Discovery should have ensured that they have the correct account number for refunds when I signed on with their broker.
