Discovery bank service is a joke!

Absolute waste of time dealing with this company! How many calls does it take sort out a simple OPT issue which they caused. Transferred from department to department. They apologize for the experience and escalate everything only to have to call them back the next day and repeat the exercise. Takes 10 minutes to transfer to a manager. Suggest you always ask to do this as it will save time in the long run.
