Discovery bank

Hi goodday.

I just want share this with tou guys. In the last 2 months i’ve been trying to get in contact with discovery bank to open a account and with no luck no emails nothing, now recently we enquired for medical aid for my wife and the assisted us quickly, after which they put us to insurance department. Again they assisted me quickly, even they help me to get in touch with an agent from banking department, but stil no luck they have at least se me an email which i did what they asked and still no luck, my application keeps expiring. They even told me to download the discovery coprate app and i will be ale to work from there, how can you work from a blank app. Im extremely disapointed in their work to get clients. Still if i do get assistance i will still be a client but this is just bad
