Discovery bad service c-section denied viral load to good

I really frustrated at how Discovery has treated me as I have recently app**** for a hospital authorization for c-section at 36 weeks due to my chronic condition and I was told get the cd4 count at 37 weeks and of which I did

Now at 37 weeks after handing my cd-4 count from the lab i am been told my viral load is to high meaning to good for a c-section and i am been asked obvious questions if i am taking my arvs of which is a yes. Discovery is providing me with the pills. Only to conclude that they are declining my application and also if i still need the c-section I have to get a motivation letter from Dr which might be or might not be approved. Mind you time is not on our my side as on the 4th June 2019 I have to have the C-section at 38 weeks and I have 5 days left till the 4th June 2019.

All of this makes me wonder if discovery does care for HIV positive patients or they just taking our money for a ride without helping us. And forcing us register for HIV programme and not disclosing their policy to public to be aware of such ridiculous behind doors policies. As it makes perfect sense to have a c-section
