Discovery bad service

I have had ENDLESS issues with this medical aid. Now Im trying to sort out a issue NOT ONE of the consultants can help with and NO ONE not even the head of department returns your emails or calls. I’ve spoken to over 20 different people all with different answers and still NO WHERE! the last lady I spoke to yesterday morning, was calling me back at 10:00 nearly 24hrs later and still waiting. Cause no one has the answers. Does your system not have the client claims and details? Service is absolutely pathetic. If hello Peter doesn’t work will take discovery to the board of medical aid and you will deal with the Drs.
