Discovery bad service
I submitted a claim last week Thursday and I was told the turnaround time is 2 to 3 working days. I have been calling the whole week this week and I have been receiving reference number and today I called again the lady I spoke to advised me people who have been helping me along hasn’t been doing anything.

27 Jan 2022, 22:55The lady I spoke to on Monday said my claim will be paid within 2 to 3 work days and I’ll receive the call regarding the claim the week is over now nothing no call no payment. I’m really disappointed in this company even after I lay a complain still.
