Discovery BAD BADF SERVICE !!!
I am going for a heart procedure and Discovery is not finalising the authorisation. I have spent R500 in phone calls, the doctor have e-mailed them information they required, I have given them all details and after two days they are busy with a "REVIEW" before providing hospital authorization. I will probably end-up paying for the procedure myself as Discovery service DOES NOT EXIST ! Aluta, Nandida, Lebo, Lesego, none of them is worth their money, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS !!!!!!
