Discovery Avoiding payments for kids with disabilities specialists

Discovery refuses to cover Developmental Paediatrician costs from my own day to day savings. I have a child with severe Dystonia who basically requires specialist care which I cannot get from GPs. I have a plan with savings, however Discovery has been refusing to pay consultation fees out of my own savings. I have had to threaten to take them to the ombudsman for them to cover her wheelchair, now they are refusing day to day cover from my own money that I pay into the savings account. They provide scripted answers that do not address your actual question. They are pathetic and would be cancelling the medical aid if my employer didn't make it compulsory to use these *******.
