DISCOVERY AUTHORIZATION SERVICE PATHETIC

They called and now I need a casualty file after they got everything and now I need to do there work as they can't authorize my admission and procedure. I need to be on my death bed before they authorize anything. But when they take there money they don't have an issue. In plain I am going to the ombudsman and not leaving it here as I now have to go to a public hospital to get my procedure done but I have medical aid. It's a joke.
