Discovery Authorization Bad

The new Discovery health authorization number you phone is terrible . You phone and have to wait waisting your airtime on advertising discovery health. After been transferred and had you say they can only supply you with a reference number and the authorization number will be sent after 5 working days. This is totally rubish what happened to the best medical aid scheme we had. 1 call direct to authorization and you had a number before you put the phone down.
