Discovery authorization

My cardiologist want to do some tests to determine why I for no reason just pass out.

I have a heart condition .... Cardiomyopathy, Heart failure, Arterial Fibrillation. He wants to do a Non-Invasive Electrophysiological study and a Tilt test. They are willing to give authorisation for the Non-Invasive Electrophysuiologyal Study but they are not willing to give authorisation for the Tilt test. The tilt test must come from my day-to-day benefits and can not be done at the same time as the other tests. I need to be admitted for the Tilt test but if it is more than my day-to-day funds, I have to pay the differance to the hospital.
